Dr. Ing. Karin Luftmanová

is a senior experienced lawyer.

After finishing the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague in 1996, she worked for international law firms in Prague, like Linklaters, Freshfields and Hogan & Hartson before she has joined Mareš Partners in January 2006.

She specializes in both transactional and dispute resolution matters with particular emphasis on corporate advisory, litigation, bankruptcy and finance. Karin also acts for firm’s clients in major court proceedings, including before both the Supreme and Constitutional Courts. She recently acted for various Czech investors doing business in Russia and Ukraine.

She was admitted as an “Advokát” to the Czech Bar in 1998.
