Suzanne Wolfe Martin, J.D.

is a very experienced American attorney at law based in Geneva and Prague. She specializes in international commercial practice, arbitration, management of multiple litigations and tax advisory. She is a member of the IBA, ICC, French Arbitration Association, Swiss Arbitration Association and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

She has considerable experience in international commercial arbitration, both as counsel and arbitrator and is known for her skills in arbitration strategy. In addition, she has successfully managed international litigation in numerous countries including USA, China, Libya, France, Belgium etc. on behalf of Czech companies like Tatra, Škoda, Aero, ZSE, etc. over the last thirty years, frequently in connection with the legal services of the Czechoslovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
