Prof. Dr. Hanns-Christian Salger, LL.M.

is a of counsel to Mareš Partners and has worked on several major commercial arbitration cases closely with our team.

Before setting up Salger Rechtsanwaelte in 2004, he worked as a partner at the law firm Droste, later merged into Lovells, since 1987. He obtained his doctorate in law from the University of Freiburg and the LL.M. degree from the University of Illinois. He is specialized and practices primarily in the area of corporate and commercial law both on transactions as well as dispute resolutions, often on the issue of warranty claims arising from M&A transactions.

Prof. Salger is a certified specialist “Fachanwalt” in corporate and commercial law and also a Professor at the University of Frankfurt. He teaches courses on international business transactions both in German and English.

He was admitted as a „Rechtsanwalt“ to the Bar in Germany in 1982 and to the New York Bar in 1986.
