Sinan Naipoglu, LL.M.

is a of counsel to Mareš Partners and would jointly act for Czech and other CEE companies doing business in Turkey with our team and vice versa.

He is a managing partner of the Naipoglu law firm, one of the leading firms in Turkey established in 1971. After his studies at the Law faculty of Istanbul University in 1998 he completed the post-graduate programme at University of Westminster-London in 2002. He specializes in corporate and commercial, M&A, real estate and competition laws. He is also a lecturer on business law at Istanbul and Yeditepe University. He is the chair for EU law and European human rights law at the Istanbul Bar Trainee Lawyers’ Center since 2003.

He was admitted as an „Avukat“ to the Istanbul Bar in 2000.
